when play at high volume my system keep coming off and on . i want to believe it`s the battery.
i have a
5 farad caps
875 amps battery
90 amps alt.
2 awg wire for power
12 awg for remote
1 hcca-d2400
1 pyramid 500w for mids and hi
two hp12-dvc 4 subs
need help asap

Have you ever checked to see how hot the D2400 is when the system shuts off?
Is just the D2400 shutting off or is the whole system?
Another thing is connect a volt meter to the D2400 and see how bad of a voltage drop you are getting while the system is playing.

i check the current at the amp. no voltage drop. and yes it shut down the hold system
i run a test on the battery and the voltage drop to 10.5 volts. so i think together with the alt and the battery that have to be the problem. will try and hook-up a next battery and see what happen.
