I have 4 HP-12D2 subs,how do i wire the woofers to get the most power out of my Orion HCCA 2400D?

Well your amp needs a 1 ohm load to see the most power. To get 1 ohm with these subs you will need to wire the woofers in series (positive to negative + negative to positive) which will make all of them 4 ohms each. Then you wire them all in parallel to the amplifier (positive to positive + negative to negative) this will give you the desired 1 ohm load your looking for.
