im deffnatly making it vented, and the sub is going to be upright, i have found some 8mm perspex glass just for 30cmX40cm window on the front of the box, (i hope this will hold),

i Know in the book it says 1.2cu.ft. and that is port tuning frequency at 38hz (apparently)

the mdf thickness is recommend at 1inch thick, what im asking is what it goes by the book is that really the best i know from orion owners they always say the bigger the box the sub better works in,

This is to go on the back seats which have all been stripped out will be on a straight surface. want the box bang in the middle with amp one side and logo decal the other going to fiberglass both sides to make it look neat but not going to fiberglass the box cos i want it to sound the best not look the best!
